You will provide companionship, activity supervision, meal preparation, light housekeeping and transportation to our clients. We provide services from infants to seniors. CNA / HHA ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BrightStar LifeCare/Companion Care Responsibilities

• Respite and family relief
• Converses with patients to provide assurance 
• Care for those whose condition compromises their ability to stay alone
• Provides medication reminders 
• Observes Universal Precautions            
• Laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation and light housekeeping            
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping

BrightStar Facility Staffing Responsibilities

• Transferring, positioning and ambulation

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

CNA / HHA EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Requires CNA or HHA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
